CF®535ST Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) , Highly Cross-Adsorbed , single label for STORM , 1 mg / mL

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®535ST dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness , photostability , and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange fluorescent CF®535ST dye has excitation/emission at 535/568 nm and is designed specifically for STORM super-resolution imaging. To minimize cross-reactivity , the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine , chicken , goat , guinea pig , Syrian hamster , horse , human , mouse , rat , and sheep serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule , which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.
