CD90(F15-42-1) , Biotin conjugate , 0.1mg / mL
CD90(Thy-1) is an 18-35 kDa GPI-anchored plasma membrane glycoprotein expressed in many cell types , such as in hematopoietic cells and neurons , connective tissues , various fibroblast and stromal cell lines , tumor endothelial cell lines and others. It is involved in T-cell activation , cellular adhesion , proliferation and migration , neurite outgrowth , wound healing , apoptosis , and fibrosis. CD90 participates in multiple signaling cascades and its effects are tissue- and cell type-specific. It often functions as an important regulator of cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions.Primary antibodies are available purified , or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
