CF®405S Donkey Anti-Goat , Highly Cross-Adsorbed

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-goat IgG (H+L) with CF®405S dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness , photostability , and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF®405S dye has excitation/emission at 404/431 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®350 , CF®405S , and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. To minimize cross-reactivity , the antibody has been adsorbed against chicken , guinea pig , Syrian hamster , horse , human , mouse , rabbit , and rat serum.
