TACSTD2 / TROP2 (Epithelial Marker) (TACSTD2/2153) , Biotin conjugate , 0.1mg / mL
TACSTD2 is a cell surface glycoprotein receptor. It is a single pass type I membrane protein containing one thyroglobulin type-1 domain , an epidermal growth factor-like repeat , a phosphatidylinositol binding site and tyrosine phosphorylation sites near the C-terminus. It plays a role intransducing intracellular calcium signals. It is expressed in trophoblast cells , cornea and multi-stratified epithelia. It is also highly expressed in several types of tumors and is involved in regulating the growth of carcinoma cells.Primary antibodies are available purified , or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
