Background : This antibody recognizes a 50KDa lymphocyte surface antigen which is expressed on all peripheral blood T lymphocytes,the majority of lymphocytes and malignant cells of T cell origin, including T ALL cells. Background : COC19 reacts with CD19 (B4), a 90 kDa molec µLe, which is expressed on approximately 5-25% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Background : 4AW4 reacts with CD14, a 53-55 kDa molec µLe. CD14 is a human high affinity cell-surface receptor for complexes of lipopolysaccharide (LPS-endotoxin) and serum LPS-binding protein (LPB). CD14 antigen has a strong presence on the surface of monocytes/macrophages, is weakly expressed on gran µLocytes, but not expressed by myeloid progenitor cells.
