Description Red Fluorescent Human Colonic Microvascular Endothelial Cells (Red HCoMEC) are isolated from human healthy colonic tissue and transfected with turboFP602. Red HCoMEC are cryopreserved at secondary culture and delivered frozen. Each vial of Red HCoMEC contains more than 500.000 viable cells. They are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings following the instructions provided in the technical sheet. We also offer optimized medium and reagents for the growth of Red HCoMEC which are quality tested together and guaranteed to give maximum performance as a global solution for in vitro HCoMEC culture.
