S100A4 (Marker of Tumor Metastasis) (S100A4/2750R) , Biotin conjugate , 0.1mg / mL
S100A4 belongs to the S100 super-family of proteins containing 2 EF-hand calcium-binding domains. S100 genes include at least 25 members , including S100A1-S100A18 , trichohyalin , filaggrin , repetin , S100P , and S100Z. S100A4 exerts its function via direct interaction with a number of proteins including P53 , P63 , non-muscle myosin IIA , alpha6beta4 integrin , and liprin b1. S100A4 is overexpressed in highly metastatic cancers , which makes it useful as a marker of tumor progression._x000D_

Primary antibodies are available purified , or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors._x000D_
