CF®350 Donkey Anti-Chicken IgY (IgG) (H+L) , Highly Cross-Adsorbed , 2 mg / mL

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-chicken IgY (H+L) with CF®350 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness , photostability , and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF®350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®350 , CF®405S , and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. To minimize cross-reactivity , the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine , goat , guinea pig , Syrian hamster , horse , human , mouse , rabbit , rat and sheep serum.
