IL-10R1 , Mouse (Interleukin-10 Receptor 1) (CD210)(1B1.3a) , Biotin conjugate , 0.1mg / mL
This monoclonal antibody recognizes Mouse Interleukin-10 receptor 1 (IL-10R1) , a cell surface glycoprotein of approximately 110 kDa. Its epitope is localized in the ligand-binding domain in the extracellular region of Mouse IL-10R1. This antibody blocks the binding of IL-10 to its receptor. IL-10R1 is a class II cytokine receptor expressed on thymocytes , T cells , B cells , NK cells , monocytes and macrophages. Binding of IL-10 to its receptor initiates JAK/STAT signaling that leads to B cell proliferation and inhibition of macrophage activation. Primary antibodies are available purified , or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
