Mouse Kupffer Cells

Description Mouse Kupffer Cells (MKC) are isolated from postnatal day mouse liver. MKC are cryopreserved immediately after isolation and delivered frozen. Each vial of Mouse Hepatic Stellate Cells contains more than 1 million viable cells. These cells are guaranteed to further culture in the condition provided in the technical sheet; however, they are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in regular culture. We also offer optimized medium and reagents for the growth of Mouse Kupffer Cells. The medium is quality tested together and guaranteed to give maximum performance as a global solution for in vitro MKC culture.
