Mouse Microglia

Description Mouse Microglia (MM) are isolated from E13.5 Swiss mouse embryos. MM are cryopreserved immediately after isolation and delivered frozen. Each vial of these primary cells contains more than 1 million viable cells or 500.000 viable cells. MM are guaranteed to further culture in the condition provided in the technical sheet. However, these microglia are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in regular culture. We also offer optimized medium and reagents for the growth of Mouse Microglia which are quality tested together and guaranteed to give maximum performance as a global solution for in vitro MM culture.
